The Idea

In 2005 the craft business PRIRODNO VRELO was founded by Mrs. Nevenka Topić, an engineer in food processing with extensive experience. Her objective was to please lovers of healthy nutrition by introducing an assortment of 100% natural juices, pressed from ripe beetroot, apple and blackberry. The juices did not contain any additional water, sugar, preservatives or any unnatural additives. Soon after, the quality of VRELO products made customers Croatia wide extremely satisfied.
In 2010, the Prirodno Vrelo project was taken to the next step and a new company under the name EKO VRELO Ltd. was established with a new partner - the Lesar family (Krunoslav and Kristian). This new entrepreneurial project, based on Mrs. Nevenka’s traditional recipes became a synonym for a successful business idea. A new, technologically advanced production line, with an annual processing capacity of 8.000 tones of fresh fruits and vegetables, was built in the eastern Croatian town of Beli Manastir. At the same time, new sales and marketing strategies have been designed and the provision of raw materials has been secured from local suppliers.
In brief, Eko Vrelo is the result of dedicated and hard work, love of nature and new business ideas. Eko Vrelo is a 100% Croatian project from the financial resources, the production to the final product design.
